The Govt reached out to multiple countries offering those licenses and China was the only one to express interest. There are regulations in place and they were very transparent about it. The Govt is actually making money from those deals whereas foreign trawlers used to steal our fish constantly with nothing to show for it. Its temporary.

*Also its not selling our seas?? They are Tuna fishing licences and it was developed in colab with WB and FAO.

To compare it to people who literally sold off our sea and have us in this current mess with Kenya? A joke.
