Agreed but the opposition needs to be organised. Somalia needs political parties or some form of cohesion. I know it's unrealistic as Somali politics is clan based but having political parties is the best governmental system. An opposing party led by HSM or any other senior figure in politics that lights a fire under the current regimes asses to do their job will be beneficial.

Opposition will always win if the government is already weak.

You don't need an opposition early on. Having a weak government is enough since it can't do everything.

Come back in a decade and ask if we need an opposition again.
