The government of Somalia is seeking that those countries should funnel the funds for SL scholarships through the federal government first. It makes sense as the gov want to minimize foreign countries directly dealing with SL. SL is claiming 75% of those scholarships were blocked, but that sounds fishy tbh.

PL only circumvents the FGS because it’s forced to. It doesn’t go around the FGS as a first resort but as a last one.

SL should only deal with nations directly if they’re being mistreated by Farmaajo.

I don’t care for Farmaajo but I believe that our political system cannot produce a politician better than him.

Somalia’s federal political field benefits people like HSM, Sheikh Sharif and Farmaajo.

In principle I'm against this. The education of Somalis is more important than our political differences with Somaliland. To be honest though how can Somaliland complain about this? Somaliland treats us like enemies and mistreated our citizens, if they are a country like they claim to be they should manage the education of their students.
Farmaajo is wrong for doing this but it's also SL faults, this would never happen if they were on good terms with us
