Yes been in many. But that was a long long time ago.

Back then you would fight and shake hands afterwards.

Nowadays the youth have lost the art of respect and a fair fight. It's not worth it.

Mashallah, walaal! @ICEcold this is who you should look up too and behave like. Street fights are not good, and judging from your words you seem young. I don't think hooyo or aabo would seem very proud if you were to do that

It's a different world now. The youngsters today would prefer to stab another human being than settle it fair and square as it was.

I would fight other classmates in high school.

A street fight as an adult I would avoid espcially with a stranger. You don’t know how brutal they will be or if they have a weapon on them.

The worse that happened to me was I got rocked once when I wasn't looking. I didn't fall. The ones that come to mind was knocking out some Pakistani kid, he went to sleep, it was scary to look at cause I thought he died. He thankfully got up like a minute later and his nose was broken or at least bleeding badly. Before I hit him, he kept pushing my head back with his finger till I snapped. I knocked out some older Somali dude when I was 17 for pushing me and he wouldn't stop getting in my face, all cause I used his headphones. I also beat the brakes out this white kid in the 9th grade. He got 2 punches on me but I brought it back, he ran to the principles office.

I never initiated a fight or started it with someone.

EDIT: This came to mind, it almost went bad for me once cause I slipped and the dude got on top of me and I curled up, he was letting off some punches but someone took him off me, it could of went bad for me cause I wasn't taking him off myself.

I appreciate your concern abaayo but I'm not looking to get in a tussle anytime soon, just a general question. I did want to fight a coworker some time back but the place shut down so it never materialised, for better or for worse. He seemed the type to knife you the next day if he lost though lmao

its good to have a few in adulthood to wake you up to reality of life, especially if you are diaspora and race wars are edging closer and closer. My dagax forehead has helped me many times, as I get older I’ve had less and less in my late 20s. I ‘ lost’ once when I was jumped by two white guys in their work van who got furious with me jaywalking and cutting them off. It last 20-30 seconds before the public interfered and they pelted. I didn’t get knocked out but they got me off guard and I did nothing damaging to them which is a disappointment.
