This guys is the perfect presentation of stupid human being. So it's only okay for his son to skip school as long as the father is aware of it? Parent's should never be fine with their children missing school unless it's for a valid reason, such as sickness.

And I hate parents that use violence as a mean of discipline. Your child will only resent you in the end and will most likely continue the horrid cycle of beating their children. Communication is key to everything. Only stupid people use their hands since they can't use their brains.

And Than he post it up on Facebook to humiliate his kid in front of everybody

Kids have actually committed suicide because their parents have humiliated them on social media and they continue getting bullied in school. If you don't know how to raise and care for a child then just don't have one.

I see no problem with this. The man explains himself he comes from a boxing family and teaches boxing to his kids. Boxing is a great sport to raise your kids with, this man decided to use it as a means of discipline.
He gave his kid, 17 years old, a year off an adult, some gloves and they went at each other.
But we know white america. They have now taken the kid away from his father and charged his father with crimes that could land him in jail. Like I said, he comes from a family of boxing and so does the kid. I won't be surprised if the 17 year old himself near a lot about boxing and the ring from his father. If the father got in a ring with his son, no one would bat an eyelid. But because its at his home and hes disciplining him, you wanna have an opinion?
This ain't discipline this abuse there is a difference, beating and pulverizing your child don't send no message except that violence is okay, for f*ck sake he probably broke the kid's nose beating him like he is fighting a grown man, and then to top it of he recorded and posted it online for what for a few likes ? Wait a minute. Firstly, this wasn't a bonding through boxing situation. He set out to punish him. Secondly, even in a real boxing match only fighters of the same weight class fight each other and they'd also have the same training. You can't compare that to a child and his heavyweight father beating him to a pulp as punishment. The kid was not having fun, he was attacked by someone twice his size.

Do I agree with the way he handled the situation? don't care. Am I gonna jail him over trying to teach his child, through boxing, to stay in school? No, I'm not a dumbass. I wasn't whooped as a child though. My parents left me alone because I was obedient. But my siblings were brutally attacked all the time. I heard screams at all hours of the day. Their screams always woke me up and of course it was violent but it made me a well behaved child
