She was welcomed with open arms until she discussed the topic of marital rape. After that, many Farahs brought out their pitchforks and have accused her of being a secret gaalo and coming to spread her western values in Somaliland. Why is rape such a triggering topic for Somali men? They’ve gone as far as digging into her past to try to shame her
