Fertility rates declining across Africa

Once a lady has a c section, it is highly unlikely she will ever have a normal delivery again. You can only have a c section a few times. A lot of hospitals and clinics push c sections as they are more profitable
Women can have natural birth after c section. It is called Vbac . They just have to go to hospitals that are pro vbac or opt for midwife.

It is statistically less likely
It depends on the hospital. Some hospitals don’t even accept vbac. If a vbac woman comes to the hospital and ready push, they cannot force c section on her unless she signs a consent form.
Alot have women opt for home birth and or midwife these days. Obs are just cut happy vultures.

4 billion in Africa will lead to environmental, social, and economic problems. We are barely able to supprt current population with much of continent struggling. People should have families but not 9 kids they can’t support. This natural decline is good for now, so extreme actions like China 1 child policy aren’t needed in future. Population doesn’t necessarily equal wealth and power. Just look at some of the happiest and highest gdp per capita countries
