I heard of this too, but it doesn't make sense. Beledweyne recieved the electoral equipment 2 weeks ago, plus the FEIT and Hirshabelle SEIT toured Beledweyne and said elections will happen here. 47 Somaliland Seats in Xamar, + 5 Banadiri, Add Gedo and Hiiraan seats = 41 seats, total of 90+ seats in Xamar alone. Add SWS votes and this guy is coming back.

Nah this is not happening, i dont see reason for it bro. Garbahaarey and Beledweyne should hold votes in their own constituency,
