Those few miles could be serviced by bikes or on foot.

Secures the highest tax generating regions at the same time you make it easier on the SNA by only securing a smaller region.

Ras indeed the town centre needs to be a no vehicle zone.

The FGS should have Mogadishu secured and on lockdown especially the heart of the city.

There should be detectives, law enforcement and even military. It should be impossible to commit the lowest of the crime such as theft.

They lack strategy. What was required were solutions.
