Why don't they apply under a different ethnic category then? To test the government's claim and expose their racism? Somalis are not white so all funds allocated to advance nonwhite community's social development should be available to all nonwhite communities.

I am surprised many of you don't see the hypocrisy in the objection and assume this is a good thing.

Somalis African and look like African. They should try immigrant social development programs if any exist.
