If you have side effects with oral finasteride, you can take topical version which doesn’t have side effects. Look at the clinical studies about finasteride, side effects are rare and reversible.

Yeah that's it, men's hairlines recede a bit the older they get. It's not balding but a maturing hairline. Problem is Somalis have high hairlines so any small recession will look like balding.
Not sure about dht sensitivity, usually that happens to hairy populations.

I used to take 8000iu per day, dunno if it helps much, only took it for a month or two. I heard like 10,000 + is ideal and supplementing with vitamin k2

A lot of people’s libido has actually increased since taking finasteride. If you take it and have bad side effects(which is rare and not the norm) then you can simply stop taking it and in a week you’ll be back to normal. Have you tried it before?

Idk about the “increased libido” but he isn’t capping that it’s a rare side effect and that it stops if you stop taking it.
