And that bad includes contributing towards putting us in the situation we are currently in. We didn't need to go war, and he was offered a concession by Russia for almost all of Somali galbeed but he refused. Now what exactly do we have?

Nobody is saying his is saint. People are saying he didn't destroy the nation. Big difference.

We did need to go to war. The problem was the timing and the lack of foreign support. After Ethiopia lost the West spent incredible resources on then and started constructed their army from scratch. That shouldn't have happened. If the war happened in 91 after the Soviet union collapsed and Ethiopia went through civil we would have fared better.

He didn't put us in this situation. We chose this by fighting with each other instead of talking. There was justification for Somali tribes to fight. Clan tensions is not a valid reason for bloodshed. Only savages think like that. Do not look for any other justification for what occurred after 91.
