Have some empathy, there's no entry level jobs here and they don't have a wide enough world view to come in with a new business idea because they've been living in somalia their whole lives. I used to hate on fobs for wanting to leave as well but it's only natural to want to expand your horizons. You need to leave your birthplace in order to create a sense of urgency, which is more of a catalyst for wealth than any kind or education, loan, or motivation.
