Well now you know. There are 3 unalienable rights, which is Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. That means you can never make laws that prevent any of these 3. That being said, The american constitution CAN be changed, and has, a lot. The Constitution has been amended 27 times. For example, the 13th amendment banned and outlawed slavery.
Yeah but the old parts are still in there are they not? As in an ammendment has to clearly refute a specific piece of the constitution to make sure it is no longer relevant, or it simply goes to the Supreme Court rather than removing the piece in question.
