OP is asking is living with other people an obstacle for getting married. I said no because on one hand there are people like me with our own places living a rockstar lifestyle because we like the excitement and trying out different girls we simply don’t want to get married at least not for now. On the other hand there’s tons of folks happily married that still live with their mother for example because for them they desire a stable routine and the certainty of having the same women everyday. No surprises they know what they’re coming home to unlike the rockstars types and the pusşy is guaranteed.

To oversimplify it there aren’t any obstacles towards getting married when you like someone enough it’s not even a decision it’s a no brainer. There’s only two possible obstacles either you haven’t met the right person or they themselves don’t think they are ready to take on all the responsibilities and obligations of a marriage.

Either you like em enough and it’s a no brainer or you don’t and you shouldn’t marry them.

Ownership is still very doable in this country it’s just the way that you go about it is different than in America. Don’t buy ur first house in any cities with over 1M+ people buy it somewhere small and upcoming like Quebec City for example they got 3 bedroom houses for 300K. After that it’s a matter of holding onto it the longer you do the bigger your return is wait ten years and it’s easily 800k for the same house wait 15 and it’s at 1.2M etc. After that you got enough money to buy in a city you actually wanna live.

If you want a quicker ROI you buy a much shittier house stay with me Quebec City you find a house has some issues with it lil bit rundown buy that for 100-150k. You put some man hours a lil elbow grease into it fix the problems spend 50-100k on renovations now it’s at 300-400k you jus tripled ur investment. You got a choice you can f*ck off with ur money or you buy two fixer uppers keep rinse and repeating. After 5yrs of this you at least made 2mill and 2mill is if ur not even taking it serious ur working ur regular job on the side taking ur sweet time fixing and flipping it u could prolly pull 10M in 5yrs with the right motivation and dedication to it. With 10M you could buy a mansion in any city of ur choice hell with the 2M you could buy a nice lil 4bd house in the city of Toronto or get a 2bd condo and keep a cool M to urself. Any idiot can acquire property’s especially with the way banks will give loans to anyone with a pulse people jus choose not to cause it’s a lot safer and less stress to collect ur lil pay check put away a percentage for ur landlord and call it a day.

I live by myself it gets to a point where as a man you need your own space to unwind and reflect regardless if ur married or not. I make good money and I live close to bunch of clubs all I gotta do is wait till it hits 2am all the spots are closing and the girls wanna get sum dyck and spend the night somewhere that isn’t their mommas house. Why get married when my life is so awesome the way it is rn as a single man?

When I wanna do some really depraved shit I’ll hire a hooker and throw a lil extra bread on top with the condition that I get to do whatever I feel like doing and there’s absolutely no safe word allowed and no chickening out and saying stop. tl;dr I don’t believe that it’s an obstacle for anyone. I got a cushy job with my own place and I’m still not married. On the other hand dudes in school with a shit ton of debt workin Uber eats living with their momma are proposing to their woman. The only obstacle is if you love her or not if you truly do there ain’t a damn thing that can stand in the way of getting married except for ur mind making u think scared thoughts like a little boy scared of the dark for no real reason.
