Come of bruv, you have to see the irony in that statement![]()
Except your rebel area has colonial borders, a legally iffy act of union and you haven't exerted defacto rule for more than 30+ years and your government committed genocide there.

No somali chews Qat like that except reer Djibouti and that's where that pic is fromBREAKING:
I have been able to locate and communicate with the secret whistleblower in FGS camp.
Maxamed Diini Wehliye, codename Maxamed hawada joogo has been instrumental revealing this sinister plan.
View attachment 331558
Maxamed reveals that it was yesterdays mirqaan session that opened his eyes. While wondering last night home, he claims to have seen Fiqi talking and planning with the Dhulbahante elders the devastating war. Maxamed spurred into action and alerted the SL intelligence agency (the old uncles he chews with) whom them spread the message forwards.
SL governments contracted bots (oromos or hindis working for 2$ a day) have now revealed the message for us. The question now is what will happen to the FGS who has been caught red handed.
Find out after todays chewing session!!
Kulaha USA congress was ready to recognize somaliland
Some key points:
1. Somaliland's real estate is a key strategic asset for Somalia
2. Fiqi is implicating the FGS in the events in eastern Sool which many have speculated on in the past. He says Somaliland was on the brink of recognition, US congress was tabling a motion before, but then later admits that recognition is still being discussed in western capitals.
3. Claims other countries are backing Ethiopia's MoU.
4. Alleges FGS is sowing dissent in other parts of Somaliland
5. Claims Somaliland can only discuss terms for reunification with FGS and that the FGS can accomodate.
6. The dire consequences of the MoU for Djibouti.
7. The MoU has become the governments top priority and other goals are regressing due to the governments focus on stopping the MoU.
----
Fiqi probably wants to give the impression of success and being the hand behind events, not sure if that's convincing but there's no doubt he's trying to sow dissent in any area of Somaliland he can. For the FGS Somaliland is real estate on the gulf of Aden to sell to other governments. The loss of Somaliland brings down the value of Somalia's offering significantly.
The position of Fiqi is two places at once, dismember Somaliland while offering terms for reunification. This would be an attempt to bring down the cost of any future bargain but the reality is that no bargain with Mogadishu would hold so Somaliland is pursuing the only viable path for their population.
Kulaha USA congress was ready to recognize somalilandand where is the tape? Or he pulled this from his ass.

They left because hatred of darood are taught in hergeisa schoolsMogadishu is not a helper. Eastern Sool is going to learn that sooner or later.
MOD days are over.
Groups in the south are scared of the FGS, but eastern sool would make a deal with the devil because of Darood chauvinism.
Actually for most of the colonial period, British Somaliland's borders were much different to the borders of current Somaliland.
There is an international consensus on the sovereignty of Somalia, come back to me when 25-40% of the International Community disagrees then we can call it iffy.
Cyprus hasn't exerted defacto rule over its northern half for almost 50 years yet its still completely recognised by the EU, UN and every other relevant organisation. Maybe you should do a bit of research into Northern Cyprus, it will give a glimpse int your future.
Maybe you should do a bit of research:

And go read the AU constititive act, the borders that matter are those received on independence (whether they changed in between is not considered [I don't think]).
Somaliland has a way better case than northern cyprus lol
Nah, you are totally wrong. It's not about defacto control. It's the manner in which it was achieved which in North Cyprus case was by foreign invasion and displacement of existing populations. There are many other factors too but you need to do your research before talking. There is a UNSC resolution invalidating North Cyrpus independence, no such resolution exists against Somaliland which is the true self-determination of the population of Somaliland.Answer my question: Does Cyprus have de-facto control of their north?

It took a decade for a stable wealthy Cyprus to get that resolution passed.
If you want to wait until Somalia stabilises and enriches itself to see if a resolution will be passed or not, be my guest.
Nobody gives f**ck about DisneylandWhen you can build a country, an economy the world won't be interested in Somaliland.
You keep dreaming of throwing road blocks up to stop Somaliland. The best road block is becoming a country people want to invest in and do business and have a mutual interest in. At that point, even Somaliland won't want to leave but all you have is propaganda and nonsense.

This is what I have told you numerous times
We don't care about Somaliland at the moment, our priority as diaspora is to fix our country. You guys will join in the future one way or another.
