firstly, he has grabbed Kismayo by the scruff of the neck and cleansed al Shabaab from the city.

he has built a structure of governance which resembles that of new York a city council, mayorship, districts and district magistrates, government institutions have increased remarkably and governance has made significant improvements, his government has shifted from 4.5 formula and created a fair system for political appointments to district based selections while welcoming public consultation for political appointments and seeking inclusion for minorities groups, politicians now have a constituency to whom they must be accountable and answer to.
roads have been built with many more to come, local infrastructure has seen improvements access to water and clean sanitation has seen improvements, the Airport is operating with no security concerns, the port is thriving

his government has done something tangible something to be proud of he has left a legacy.

Madobe has chosen state building over social reconciliation. you can't please everyone nor can you be inclusive for all, fortunately he isn't like turki who chose Al Shabaab over the righteous mujahedeen ras Kambooni.
