Loool. There are 2 ways to deal with this. Through a census count which you will be humiliated in and get even less than you would have got originally. Warsangeli were 3% of Somalilands population in 1960.

The second way is fighting which has failed for you for 30 years. We have laas caanood now. What will happen when you don’t have the somalidiid narrative and isaaq don’t mind massacring you because there is no more carrot of citiraaf and pleasing the international community.
