If America let their States behave like mini countries they'd have remained a backwater looked down on by the rest like the first 50 or so years of their existence.

That's true Somalia's problem is multiple clans who are about the same size and none have xooged the other yet we just have to wait and see who comes out on top and becomes the next Caesar for Somalia.
