they could simply make it harder to put these women on the sex offender list, one media campaign is enough to psyop people into this. Next time a teacher fucks one of her male students, just get the right wing tabloids to call her prosecution "woke" and appeal to the fact that 16/17 year old boys can't actually get raped by a woman. If people are still somewhat resistant they could just invoke transgenders into it and it's a done deal.
