These memes are so funny because the people behind are usually anti intellectual and frame anyone who doesn’t think mainstream science is bs is a sheep but 99% of the people who post these memes could not tell what the numbers mean. They see numbers that push a world view they believe then they become as sheepish as the people they accuse and trust the magical numbers.

Evolutionarily speaking it takes a looong time for random mutations to evolve creatures into a smarter state.
Things like fur, size or strength are much more easily as they can be directly influenced by environmental pressures.
Intellect is not really important as long as you are smart enough to thrive in your environmental niche.
Creatures such as dinosaurs roamed around for millions of years have yet developed societies or any intellect.
For humans to have any kind of difference in intelligence it would need millions of years of separate evolution.
