Well it's her's so allow the lady to deal with it. I find it's very common for people to make protestations about women just because of their size. If she is content with it so be it. There is a lot of sizeism going around and I've fallen prey to it. I would even wager to say that it prevents some people from actually taking part in physical activity for their health and well-being.
