The diaspora needs to worry about being successful in the diaspora and leave the Somalis back home alone unless they plan on teaching them literacy and education. Somalis are struggling in the diaspora. Ayagaa ba hawl uu taala.

It does not serve the interest of the US for Somalia to be self-sufficient and independent.

I'm talking about in the context of running/ruling the country. More likely the diasporians would go to help -- not make things worse and take part in the shenanigans. Also opening up a business can help the people by providing jobs and training opportunities.
