The Boqor's video is more of a threat saying they will confiscate their properties/investments in Jigjigayar (SM neighborhood) since a lot of HJ
invested and live there. That is why I only buy land and invest in New Hargeisa (HY neighborhood) when it comes to Hargeisa.
Problem is SM is best friends with HJ so this old mentality Ill man is bullshitting

kkkk. Oromos are everywhere in Hargeisa but I didn't see much Dhegocas in the area I stayed at (New Hargeisa), I saw few
hanging around the restaurants. All the restaurants, hotels and villas etc in New Hargeisa is owned by HY. So if those
Syrians and Yemenis try to act up we will kick them out.

Duke maybe not so much New Hargeisa but I have seen a lot of Arabs in South East Hargeisa.
There is also a lot of HY qurbajoog who own houses and land in South East Hargeisa.

New Hargeisa is also majority HY Bari/ Hawd, Isxaaqs have become minority's in their own land.

North and West Hargeisa I don't even want to get started, this is the most diverse part of the city. HJ have made themselves real comfortable in this side of the city. Not to mention the the countless qurbajoog, other Somalis. 1 million and 1 Oromo, Arab.....

The last remaining neighbourhood in Hargeisa is South West. Daanta Arap. They have kept their areas foreign free. Big up to them. You will never find a non Arap person living in Ahmed Dhagax or Sinai.

@Dhay Geel That is why land prices is expensive in south Hargeisa it is driven by demand. Yes true a lot of HY live in south
Hargeisa, I am afraid Cidagale might be outnumbered in their own neighborhood in the future at this rate. But it is alright
since we are their closest kin, HY are not seen as "shisheeye" in south Hargeisa.

Yes we must give credit to the original owners of the city for being very welcoming.
But you must also give credit to the new comes HY Bari/ Hawd, HJ, other Somalis, Arabs for their nice food, Oromo for being so hard working. The new comers made Hargeisa the city it is today. I hope the locals realise this

Gargaar hotel is located in the central (suuq), don't know who owns it. The hotels in the central area are usually owned by individuals from
different communities.
