All cities in Puntland are far cleaner and better built than those in the South. I have visited both Gaalkacyo and Beledweyne. The latter was very bad in comparison. More rain doesn't make up for the retards who live there.

The only city that could potentially compete with Mogadishy is Kismaayo, and it would be stupid to have the capital there as well.

Yeah I was thinking about that too. We can turn Ethiopia into a colony of Somalia. Have Somali corporations take control of the economy and use the profits to develop Somalia.
