2) Galmudug refused to disarm their nomads who have moved to Puntland's side of Mudug.
3) Galmudug militias broke the cease-fire agreement in Gaalkacyo by firing into West Gaalkacyo.



Puntland is still willing to allow Galmudug to use Puntland's grazing land, despite the aggression, land-expansion tactics, cease-fire violation and the murder.



This is not going well.

We also recently been receiving a lot of refugees from somaliland since the drought. Tje problem is allowing them to bare arms. They should all be disarmed.

They're refusing to disarm though, and orderers to disarm them is refused by Galmudug, war is the only option, @TekNiKo is right, they need to wiped out like liyuu police did
