No it is not an Qabiil oriented, but it is an Civil war that should have ended the last time when the terrorists ASWJ Shaakir and mahmoud were captured.

It is political. Opposition groups funded and helped Shakir take Guriceel to pressure Qoorqoor to cave in to their demands at least and at best destabilize Dhusmareeb so elections could be held in one venue (Gaalkacyo) which is why there were destabilization efforts in not just there but Beledweyne Barawa and Garboharrey.

All of it failed and Shakir and his group will be gone for good this time.

Opposition made it worse off for themselves by making an enemy out of Qoorqoor and burning all possible bridges with him.
