Xaaf is cutting ties and his vice president is siding with Farmaajo. More than 50% of the land Galmudug claims is either occupied by AMISOM or Ethiopia, or controlled by Al Shabab, what value does this shit hole have. With all due respect, All Somali regional and federal use same letter template and style for press release. That document has no trace of Puntland anywhere. Unless you are saying Puntland has copyrights to this style of righting, I am afraid you got no case.
