What if there's an immediate threat to public safety?! The police have the right to disperse protests when there is a clear and present danger of riot, disorder and disturbance of peace. Obviously our distinguished police forces sensed danger of riots and broke up the gathering but this dude had his own agenda of creating chaos and refused to obey police orders. I believe he was rightfully arrested.
