Why is the road so small is it a one way road? Or the first part of a bigger road?

Furthermore, this road is located in a gated university campus; therefore, it doesn't need to be a four-lane road.

i like how they knocked down all those illegal buildings blocking the road, great work.
Those building are not illegal, government inform them to go another place.
