Normal clothes according to Western standards are nakedness for us Muslims. In my opinion, It is better for people to die(out of hunger due to droughts), than women be suffered to dance with men.

I know dying from hunger is not easy.

Allah causes droughts, we can't control rain but what we can control is the way we dress and the way we act. Droughts and other bad things are happening to us because we disobeyed Allah in the past by opening nightclubs in the center of our capital.
