Sure, they are not supposed to admit by race anymore. But no one said they can't, in a sly way but appears arbitrary, prioritize applications from the Blackest postal codes and give less consideration to the Asian concentrated areas of the country. If anyone points out the suspicious coincidence, make up a lame excuse like they live in a state already served by reputable institutions or that state is home to a high school that it provides support to and it was done to "strength ties". It's clear affirmative action remains and the indhoyar lose again.
