We can't give up on Somalia even if we wanted to. We have thousands of Ethiopians who are invading by foot every day, wake up Somalis. Either commit to this marriage of convenience called "Somalia" or commit to becoming a minority on your ancestral land.

This. As much as I wish Somalia was balkanised, in reality, it's not realistic. We need a strong, decentralised system and a unified army to escort those Xabashis back home.

Centralised governance has failed, it failed during the Barre period and it failed when Cabdullahi Yusuf tried to reseruct it. Even Reer Mogadishu chose the chaos over clan federalism, the fought him under every flag, under ICU and Qabilism. Reer Mogadishu chose to implement qabiil Federalism (SSW, Jubbaland, Galmudug) and have plans to create two more land lands (Mogadishuland and Somalilandland).

Qabiil federalism has worked for some qabiils so it isn't fair to say qabiil federalism has failed, only South and Central Somalia have failed. Qabiil Federalism is supposed to work since they are run by the qabiils themselves, it's not like they can cry about exclusion. LandLands are our way out of this mess. It is perfect for all of Somalia and would work if all qabiils scrap their expansionist agendas.
