It isn’t misogyny, but hard cold facts. Look at studies on one night stands and it illustrates that most women don’t even orgasm or derive much pleasure from it. It also plays on women’s self esteem after a while because the reality is that in these sexual encounters, the men do not have any respect for the woman or her pleasure and basically treat the women as a doll he can mast**** with. It’s dehumanizing to women in the long run. Giving your body to men who couldn’t give a toss about you isn’t feminist or empowering, it is in fact degrading, especially when we see the literature on women’s reduced pleasure in those circumstances. I don’t deny that women are also sexual beings but women simply thrive more in an environment which they feel loved and valued and that’s easier to find in a committed relationship. Allah knows our psychology.
