Google maps is trash

One good example is some maps show Middle Jubba having border with Kenya and others showing Gedo eating into ‘middle Jubba’ territory shown on the other map. Very confusing

Middle Jubba is the most visibly striking because of the shape but the errors in some other regions can be even more egregious.

You can find a map where Bakool touches LS and Adan Yabaal is in Hiiraan. The most correct map was the one previously used by google. Im not even sure which ministry is tasked with this job lol

Google maps is all over the place. Even Qoryaale was part of S.Dhexe by the old map and we know that falls under Jalalaqsi district and is the border between Abgaal and Xawaadle

The old Google map had a huge mistake in that half of Burtinle district was in Mudug instead of Nugaal.

The different maps of Gedo and Middle Juba, where one time Middle Juba borders Kenya and another where Gedo borders Lower Juba, the one where Middle Juba borders Kenya seems to be the legitimate version. You can see below a map from the Ministry of Juba Valley Development dated to April 1990.

The portion of Saakow district that reaches the Kenyan border is however much smaller, so Gedo is larger than shown in Google Maps before this week's update.
