Somaliland gave a military base to arabs which the Ethiopians didn't but they cant do anything so they have accepted it. Somalia is under their military and general gabre sleeps in villa Somalia in the room next to farmaajo (probably listens to farmaajo banging his wife at night)

If Ethiopia controlled SL as you are claiming, we would NOT have leased a base to the Emiratis.

Our aim is to be neutral, Ethiopia is important for our trade but whatever influence it had
will surely diminish with this Emirati base.

And yes there is no doubt that ethiopia controls Ismaamulka Isaaqland. Infact they gave them the command for the arab deal.

Ethiopia had influence on us, I grant you that. Not as much as the influence they had/have over the
Amisom colony mind you. That influence has now diminished, for we finally grew a pair and did something against Ethiopia's interest.

Ethiopia does not want a base in Berbera. That is fact my Hutu friend.

That being said, Itoobiya is important to our trade (Especially livestock which Berbera and Burco dominate). Large numbers of our kin live over the border. Until Ethiopia collapses and we reclaim those lands, we have to play nice with the Xabashi raw meat eaters.

That means being as neutral as possible and placating the Emirates/Saudis and the Ethiopians
