Horta what I would like to address is that France still has a tight group on almost all it's colonial countries. Djibouti shouldn't be a surprise.

I would like to see Djibouti replace the French with the British and switch their official language to English. The French language is of the past. English is what we need.

It's possible but Ismail has been eating a lot of croissants et fromage. He loves the French cuisine. Djibouti could do a lot better.

Djibouti is the only Somali region with Water Treatment Plants.
Djibouti is the only Somali country with decent roads and basic infrastructure.
Djibouti is a recognized sovereign entity.
Djibouti has the highest Somali GDP per capita.
Djibouti is part of the AMISOM contingent in Hiiraan and Central Somalia.

Djibouti can do better.
