Maybe they don’t have the money or resources. Saying this happens in every country where there is poverty doesn’t mean he is excusing it but merely being honest about the real situation that’s on-going.

I’m wondering why there aren’t charities who can help these orphans or mosques who can take them in. Very sad to see, please don’t politicise the plight of kids.
