So yesterday I was working out in my local gym, it's in Minneapolis so a lot of Somalis go to the gym. Everyone is usually respectful however this is this group of Somalis that come in everyday (5-7 of them) and they're disrespectful as f*ck. They are loud, they leave sweat and water everywhere, they don't put the weights back to where they belong, they leave benches and water bottles on the floor and they destroy the place.
A lot of people get pissed, especially the cadaans who own the place. So since I'm Somali as well, I decided to clean up their mess and I told one of them in private in the parking lot (in a kind way) to clean up next time and not leave a mess. He took it nicely and said he'll tell his friend group to clean up next time.
So I go back to the gym today, and the same group comes in (the guy I told beforehand isn't there) and someone new who's pretty fit joins them. They leave an even bigger mess than last time and a lot of the Ajnabis were getting visibly mad, so after my workout I cleaned up the mess again and I told all of them directly (in a kind way) to clean their mess next time and to keep the machines/equipment the way they were before you used them. I told them that it's decent etiquettecy, that they should do it so they don't get kicked out and so that people don't get mad at us Somalis.
Everyone agreed and said okay, but the new fit guy got mad for no reason. He said that he worked out for years and that the cadaans should clean up his mess. His ego was so fucking high that I cringed. I said iska daaf and that I already advised him, it's up to him if he accepts it or not. However, these Ajnabis think I'm with them since I'm Somali and I workout near them. What should I do? ? I don't want to get kicked out because of them.
