I went from 185 to 225 in like 6/7 months, it was due to camp work. Worked 12hr shifts, 6 days a week, when I wasn't working I ate like an animal and slept right away. Gained a huge amount of weight like that.
Cut of sweets, cut back on bread/pasta, now I'm 205 and have kept most of my muscle mass I gained from work.
4 times a week, 1 day for boxing (alternating between padwork and sparring). Doing a body recomp, so neither bulking or cutting. Currently at (77kg) 15% bf, aiming for 12% whilst gaining strength. It's it's literally HELL if you don't autistically stay on top of your diet, track macros, sleep 8-9hrs etc.
