It is worth noting that the VP and Speaker of Galmudug came out against Haaf's one sided decision to support the UAE against FG position to stay neutral in the Saudi/UAE vs Qatar conflict.

P&O Ports is a new company wholly owned by the government of Dubai and a subsidiary of PCFC that was formed in March 2015 to manage small and medium sized Ports in developing and emerging markets.

They had their eyes on Berbera but was snatched by Dubai's World renowned flagship port operator DP World.
