Cotton I told you that Dubai's Flagship operator DP World is in Berbera and not in Puntland.

P&O Ports is a new company wholly owned by the government of Dubai and a subsidiary of PCFC that was formed in March 2015 to manage small and medium sized Ports in developing and emerging markets.

They had their eyes on Berbera but was snatched by Dubai's World renowned flagship port operator DP World.

You seem to not know what is going on.
