Hijabi Somali girls have a superior dress style, better hygiene (multiple wudus a day), better skincare and hair routine (even if they cover up), and because they only have their face on display their make-up is also way better looking because they have mastered it as an art. This is why almost all of the popular hijabi make-up influencers are Somali girls.
