I know Gadsen are primarily E-V32 even the ones that live next to Isaaq in the Haud, I've seen a few Biimaal who are T but you'll find E-V32 amongst them too, need more tested, I've found a T Jaarso and Nole as well, until they take a Big Y we can't tell if it's the Sudanese T or the Dir variant.

Here are the clades we know are found in the Horn through FTDNA :
- T-Y15711 (Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia)
- T-Y16247 (Sudan, Ethiopia)
- T-PF7444 (Sudan, Ethiopia but has been present in Africa since Neolithic/LSA period, probably associated with afrasian speakers)
- T-BY181210 (Djibouti, Ethiopia, SL/Som)

Same, small world, nice to meet you, I wasn't aware Surre still lived up north.
Maya inader, My family went to Borama after the war broke out in Somalia. We lived with a lot of Reer Nuur in Xamar, who we were close to, so they welcomed us in Borama.

long live reer galan

I maternally oromo, and have a paternal ciise ancestry I have already discussed on this web on how ciise are multiple tribes brought together.
Somalis celebrate maternal ancestry in the form of naming subclans after their respective mother's origins, but you'll always be what your father is.
