Already used it.
With my fee free card, i did not attract a fee with dahabshill atm but did with premier strangely enough.
I used this card throughout several countries using several currencies without attracting a fee till then.
Sadly, dahabshill's only working ATM during my stay was located in hargeisa airport and I'm not gonna waste fuel to save a few $ travelling there!
Also just to point out, premier's HQ is based in Hodan, Xamar hence typical koonfurian theives taking my lacag as usual

This is the kind of dumb short-term thinking that will ensure Somaliland will always be a poor country. Instead of investing in native Somali dentists we just allow for any foreigner to set up a business and make money from medical malpractice. No rules, no regulation, no regulatory/investigative body, nothing. These selfish, arab-worshipping xoolo are an embarrassment.
