• Panic Attacks/High Anxiety: Extreme stress/anxiety can bring on chest pain and other physical ailments that can feel like heart attacks when they really aren’t.These last around 30 minutes usually but they can rarely last up to a day
• A muscle strain, or blunt trauma to the chest from high intensity movement or a direct blow to the chest
• Indigestion or Heartburn
• Costochondritis (Inflamed Rib cage cartilage)
• Gallbladder Inflammation (Cholecystitis) - typically felt more in the upper right abdomen tho
• Pancreatitis (Pancreas Inflammation) -this is commonly caused by alcoholism

• Pneumonia
• A collapsed lung (Pneumothorax) if you have shortness of breath this might be it
• Cardiac Inflammation
• Pulmonary Hypertension
