The conflicts since the Lascanood war has changed the situation in Buhoodle district & other Eastern regions. It has emboldened various Dhulo militias to attack Isaaq villages and eventually cities. This is a threat to the local communities as these militias have no political program, they will only seek ethnic cleansing to make way for a Dhulo/Harti state.
