Instead of primitive guulwadayaal, we will have a Stasi like organization that monitors all Somalis for tribal sentiment and discreetly liquidates traitors.

Instead of unreliable Somali troops who refuse to crush dissent and inevitably defect to jabhads, we will have an army of ideologues who would put their own mothers in a firing squad for the Party.

Instead of espousing quasi socialist ideologies, we will promote aggressive indoctrination of Somali ultranationalism in every school at every level and place a commissar or political officer to ensure Somali youth are sufficiently programed.

Any resistance to our program will be dealt with in the harshest of methods and with the lack of qabiil support, we will ensure the Somali people will be well on their way to becoming productive citizens whose loyalties lie with the state and the state alone.
