The Kenyans are but the Somalis used to keep there culture and since the internet was not that avalible to the third world in the 2000s the western way of life was only seen in movies that folks barley watched

This social media and Netflix is turning the Somalis there into diaspora Somalis they talk and dress the same as well

so it's due to globalisation? The somali culture is not as enclosed as it used to be. I see them mixing with other ethnic groups now (I don't think that's a bad thing, just for them to be cautious).

Also kenyan somalis are high-key wealthier now, so they probably all have internet access. I went to my uncle's house and he has large TV (like you'd see in the west).

She finnesing and I’m finnesing. Nah but being serious i was speaking to her for a month while i was in Somalia. I’m just continuing the shukaansi. Even if she’s tryna finnese me for a green card it won’t work cause I don’t plan on bring a woman from there here
