state in Sanaag, first priority should be wiping out any Jeeganland sympathizers. As for this
Caare project it is garnering a lot of support however it will take time since many of them see
themselves as Landers. It is not going to happen overnight. Sland wasn't allowed to operate
in Sanaag as late as 2002.

Nope that is the problem. HY and Sland date back since the creation of British Somaliland (
they dominated the political scene of British Somaliland & SNM) . However many of them are realizing Sland died back in 1960 when it joined Italian Somaliland officially and whatever came after that is simply a fairy tale.
